Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Jägermeisteror other German amaro
5 ml Heering Cherry Liqueur
10 ml Pineapple juice
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
15 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or Vegg White or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Cocktail foamer (foaming agent)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and pour into ice-filled glass.

Dang. Mostly Jager and lemon juice, with the cherry, pineapple, sugar, & egg white rounding off the edges. Really lets the Jager notes shine without being too overwhelming (I haven't had a lot of Jager yet, but this one really made the 'cola' notes noticeable). Less than 1 standard drink, too, so a nice, interesting option if looking for something that's not too strong.

What a surprise! I left out the syrup and it was perfect. Balanced, complex with a little mystery.
