Review:

As the name suggests, this riff on a classic Negroni is amber in colour with honeyed notes and is not quite as bitter as the classic red version.

Yes, not as intensely bittersweet as a standard Negroni. Really delicious fruit and herbal notes coming through. And, yes, I did bump the gin up to 45ml. Helps to open up the vermouth and amaro. That’s my story anyway 😉

Another great negroni. No orange slice available so made with orange gin.

Loved this (without the orange slice), added two strong dashes Regans' Orange Bitters no. 6. It's now in Favorites. Thank's again Mr. Simon for an introduction to Luxardo's Bitter Bianco.

My pleasure. Ultimately we have to thank the fab Luxardo family.

This is a great negroni. Nicely bitter and the hints of celery and other herbs. Great aperitif.
