Review:

Looks like a Negroni, tastes like a very good and interesting Negroni, yet only has two ingredients – hence the name. Also, quicker to make than a three-ingredient Negroni and with one less bottle to buy.

The perfect Negroni for those, some of whom are among our nearest and dearest, who just don't like Campari. A delightfully simple, no-nonsense cocktail.

Since we were discussing Cardamaro, I just tried a mini one of these with Cardamaro 2:1 to gin and grapefruit bitters, borrowing from The O.G.

It's really just an odd Gin and It.
